What We Do
We do small group dialogues. The purpose of the dialogue is to build a bridge to a more wholistic community of greater trust, mutual respect and dignity among all people. People are invited to participate in open, friendly, honest conversation led by a trained facilitator. The conversation follows the “Everyday Democracy” curriculum and centers around racism and its effects in our community so that we can move into action for positive change. Participation is open to all persons at no cost! Grants and gifts are enabling this initiative.
The Power of Dialogue
Join the conversation! Dialogue is central due to its transforming power. A story can and has changed the world. When we listen and communicate with each other, using grace, humor, and intelligence, we can witness the reimagining and remodeling of the heart and mind.
